These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through https://www.vauscher-us.com (“Site”), operated by Vauscher. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and confirm you have read our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Product listings on the Site are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. When you click “Buy Now” (or equivalent), you submit an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including stock issues, suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, or inability to verify payment.
Prices are shown in USD. Applicable shipping charges and any sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on destination. If an item ships from our EU hub, duties or taxes may apply according to our Shipping Policy. In the event of a clear pricing error, we may cancel and refund the order.
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is authorized at checkout. Orders may be subject to additional verification to prevent fraud.
Orders ship primarily via UPS. Where UPS service is unavailable (e.g., P.O. Boxes, certain territories), we may use USPS. Estimated timeframes are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass upon confirmed delivery scan at the shipping address. High-value orders may require a signature. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Refused or uncollected parcels may incur fees and return shipping charges.
We offer a 14-day return window from delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in original condition. Returns require prior written approval and must follow the steps set out in our Return & Refund Policy. All approved returns must be sent with tracking to our Returns Centre in Germany; return postage and any duties are the customer’s responsibility. As a commercial alternative, you may request a 50% discount code instead of returning the item, as detailed in our policy.
Returned items are inspected on receipt. If a product is confirmed defective or misdescribed, we will provide a replacement or refund as outlined in the Return & Refund Policy. We may request photos or a short video to assess claims.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vauscher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your purchase or use of the products. Nothing limits liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.
Promotions and discount codes are subject to stated terms, may not be combined, and may be withdrawn at any time. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except as required by law.
Change requests must be made before dispatch. After dispatch, please use the tracking details to manage delivery with the carrier. We may cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled or that fail payment or security checks.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Arbitration and class-action waiver. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) governs this clause. Arbitration is on an individual basis; class actions and jury trials are waived. You may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court.
Unless agreed otherwise, arbitration will occur by remote means or, if in-person, in New Castle County, Delaware. Each party bears its own fees except as provided by AAA rules or applicable law.
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is posted on this page. Continued purchases after updates constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
