Warranty & Guarantee

Warranty & Guarantee Policy

1. Statutory Rights (U.S.)

Customers in the United States may have rights under applicable state consumer laws, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, as governed by state law and the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. The duration and scope of any implied warranties may vary by state. Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Note: The UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 does not apply to U.S. customers.

2. Reporting a Defect

If you believe your product is defective, please contact our support team as soon as possible:

Email: contact@vauscher-us.com

To help us process your claim quickly, include:

  • Your full name and order number
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem and when it was first noticed

We may request additional information or a return for inspection.

3. Return of Faulty Items

For validated warranty claims, we will provide a prepaid return label. Do not return any item before receiving written authorization from our team. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted or refunded.

After inspection, we will apply the appropriate remedy: repair, replacement, or refund.

4. Exclusions

  • Damage due to misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper storage
  • Issues caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering
  • Consumables and accessories that wear out under normal use
  • Damage occurring during transport after confirmed delivery in good condition

5. Commercial (Written) Warranty

Unless a product page clearly states a separate written warranty, Vauscher does not offer an additional manufacturer warranty beyond rights provided by applicable law. If a written warranty is advertised on a product page, its specific terms and duration will apply to that product.

6. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
